JargonSpy End of 2009 Wrap-up

The end of 2009 saw some interesting columns coming from the JargonSpy's desk. The last three columns especially concerned issues that are companies will do well to consider going into the new decade.

On Dec. 15, the JargonSpy (Dan Woods) wrote about The Security Threat From Within, in which he said that "using production data for testing and development can be a major security risk."

On Dec. 22, Woods focused on How to Run IT As a Business, which encouraged IT managers to have the courage to estimate costs."

And on Dec. 29, the JargonSpy featured an interview with Jan Baan, founder of Baan Corp., who was present at the creation of enterprise resource planning.

We look forward to bringing you highlights from new JargonSpy columns as we head into 2010.
